Two arrested for theft, in Penkridge

Whilst on proactive patrol in #Penkridge, PCSO Millichap and PCSO Carter from #NPT1 observed a male walking along the main road in possession of a trolley containing a large number of items. The male was stopped and subsequently detained. 

Checks revealed that he was wanted on two separate occasions for theft offences, and he was arrested accordingly, by our colleagues from #NPT1.

A nearby suspicious vehicle was also identified in connection with the incident. Further enquiries led to a second individual being arrested on suspicion of theft, again with assistance from colleagues.

All items recovered in the trolley were returned to the Co-op store — saving them the hassle of a very unusual stock take.

Not a bad start to the week, considering PCSO Millichap has only been back on duty since Monday… already out causing trouble (the right kind, of course) and keeping things interesting.
